AI Scientific Community Executive

About the role

The AI Scientific Community Executive will lead the operation and growth of the GAIR DAO AI academic community. This role focuses on building strong relationships with universities, researchers, and students to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with Singapore universities (NUS, NTU, SMU) and international research labs.
• Engage academic audiences at conferences and events, converting contacts into long‑term collaborations such as podcast guests or co‑created content.
• Publish and synchronize community content (conference summaries, paper reviews, research insights) on the GAIR DAO platform.
• Drive community engagement through effective management strategies and regular interaction.
• Propose and implement improvements to content production, engagement activities, and operational workflows.
• Generate operational reports, analyse KPIs (growth, engagement) and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Results‑oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interest or understanding of artificial intelligence and international academic conferences.
• Prior experience in academic outreach, research community management, or related fields is preferred.
• Based in Singapore or PR.
