AI Search & GEO Specialist

About the role

Hytech is seeking an AI Search & GEO Specialist to build and scale its presence across emerging AI search and generative discovery channels. The role sits at the intersection of SEO, AI, content and growth, focusing on how large language models retrieve and recommend information.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution and optimisation of GEO initiatives on AI chatbot and search platforms to improve brand visibility, qualified traffic and conversions.
• Build and maintain GEO operating workflows, prompt libraries and measurement frameworks, monitoring AI visibility, brand mentions, citation sources and competitor performance.
• Collaborate with business, content, SEO and technical teams to optimise website assets and brand signals based on LLM retrieval behaviour.
• Assist research and partnership efforts with AI platforms, publishers and data providers to expand channel opportunities.
• Track developments in GEO, AI search and generative AI, delivering actionable insights for channel strategy and growth.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, growth operations, digital marketing or website operations.
• Experience in overseas markets, fintech, financial services, SaaS, e‑commerce or search‑related roles is advantageous.
• Strong interest in AI search, generative AI and emerging discovery channels.
• Familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews.
