AI Trainer - Business Intelligence

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable AI Trainer (Business Intelligence & Analytics) to empower learners with practical skills in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training in AI applications for business intelligence and analytics.
• Facilitate hands‑on learning using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and BI dashboards.
• Conduct both in‑person and virtual training sessions.
• Design and customise course materials based on industry use cases.
• Guide learners through data interpretation, reporting, and decision‑making frameworks.
• Support project‑based learning and case‑study assessments.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• ACTA or ACLP certification (required).
• 2–5 years of teaching or training experience in adult education or analytics.
• 3–5 years of industry experience in business analytics, BI, or data reporting with AI exposure.
• Additional certifications in AI, business intelligence, or data analytics are preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and DeepSeek.
• Data visualisation and dashboard creation.
• Performance analysis and reporting metrics.
• Forecasting models and automation tools.
• Online training delivery using Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
