AI Transformation Specialist – People Team

About the role

The Regional People Team acts as a Centre of Excellence, shaping HR policy, leading company‑wide initiatives and governing local HR operations. As the organisation embraces AI, this role will accelerate AI transformation within the People function, from deploying AI agents for employee support to enhancing organisational insights through predictive modelling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities across Operations workflows to improve productivity, quality, cost and risk.
• Design, pilot and roll out AI use cases, SOPs and playbooks for Operations teams.
• Run demos, training and onboarding sessions to boost AI tool adoption.
• Coordinate cross‑functional AI projects, managing timelines, follow‑ups and status reporting.
• Collect user feedback and performance data to continuously improve AI solutions.
• Help define and track KPIs for AI adoption and impact.
• Support basic AI governance activities, including usage guidelines and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR, Operations, Business Operations, Project Management or Business Analysis.
• Exposure to HR domains (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, HR Operations) is a plus.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines and stakeholder follow‑ups.
• Good business acumen to understand workflows, identify pain points and define success metrics.

Required skills

• Data analysis using spreadsheets and dashboard tools.
• Basic understanding of AI products and concepts, including capabilities and limitations of large language models (LLMs) and common business use cases.
