Airfreight Operations Executive

About the role

The Airfreight Operations Executive will manage daily export and import airfreight activities, ensuring smooth coordination between airlines, agents, transporters and customs. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, guaranteeing timely and compliant shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day airfreight export and import operations.
• Coordinate with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs authorities.
• Prepare documentation such as Air Waybills, export/import permits and declarations.
• Monitor cargo movements, manage bookings and space arrangements, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Communicate shipment status to customers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods (DG) and other airfreight regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in airfreight export/import operations.
• Good knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures.
• Ability to work independently and handle urgent shipments.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Team‑player, responsible and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with freight management systems.

What we offer

• Permanent contract.
• Salary range SGD 2,800 – 3,200 per month.
• Working hours: Mon‑Fri 9 am‑6 pm, Sat 9 am‑1 pm (alternate Saturdays off).
