About the role
Applied Materials is seeking an AIX Field Service Engineer to serve as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools, supporting semiconductor and advanced display equipment worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate improvement areas and provide feedback on digital tool innovation across sites.
- Lead problem solving for highly complex issues and mentor on troubleshooting examples.
- Communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders, driving change and adoption.
Required profile
- Demonstrates depth of expertise in digital products and applications used by Applied Materials.
- Understands equipment and fab operations and can interpret business challenges to recommend best practices.
Required skills
- Expert knowledge of Applied Materials' digital products and applications.
- Experience with BKM modeling techniques and signal/system troubleshooting.
