Analytics Manager II, Financial Services

About the role

Grab is looking for an Analytics Manager II for its Financial Services team, which leads the payments analytics group. The role works closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Business and Data Science partners to define data strategies, track ecosystem metrics and recommend growth levers, and reports to the Senior Manager, Financial Services. It is based onsite at the Grab One North Singapore office.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate hypotheses and model business opportunities to solve key payments challenges, adapting in-production models across regional markets
• Partner with product and engineering teams to design, run and evaluate controlled experiments that drive product rollout decisions
• Build advanced statistical and econometrics models (mixed-effects, causal inference, anomaly detection) to measure user behaviour and product health
• Set analytics and measurement standards, including internal frameworks and tools for data summarisation and debugging
• Mentor analytics team members and establish statistical rigor and best practices
• Lead the team's adoption of GenAI workflows such as natural language to SQL, automated exploratory data analysis and report generation

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience in product analytics, business analytics or data strategy with large-scale, high-velocity data in fintech, banking or consumer tech
• At least 2 years managing or mentoring analytics professionals across distributed or regional teams
• Ability to turn complex quantitative findings into strategic roadmaps for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity

Required skills

• Advanced SQL and dashboarding in PowerBI or Tableau
• Big Data frameworks and scripting (Python, PySpark, Spark)
• A/B testing, multivariate testing and causal inference
