Android Architect – BigPay & Binance Chat

About the role

Binance is looking for an experienced Android Architect to join the Global BigPay Chat team. You will design and build high‑performance, secure payment solutions for a worldwide audience, leveraging Kotlin/Java and emerging Web3 and AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Create fast, user‑friendly Android applications and maintain the Binance app.
• Develop libraries and frameworks that accelerate client‑side development and improve code quality.
• Lead the Android infrastructure team to define next‑generation architecture.
• Collaborate with the Web team on hybrid frameworks, developer tools, and a JavaScript‑based mobile runtime.
• Write high‑performance Kotlin/Java code, build shared libraries, and maintain toolchains.
• Profile, troubleshoot, and optimise app performance using AI‑assisted debugging techniques.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to boost development efficiency and product quality.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of professional Android development experience, preferably in chat or fintech domains.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in Android architecture design, performance optimisation, and full mobile development lifecycle.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
