APAC CO+I Business Manager

About the role

Microsoft is looking for an APAC CO+I Business Manager to partner with regional leadership and drive execution across its cloud infrastructure portfolio. The role sits at the heart of Cloud Operations & Innovation, supporting strategic growth and operational excellence throughout the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day business operations and the team’s Rhythm of Business (ROB).
• Attend and prepare for key executive meetings, ensuring timely follow‑up on action items.
• Kick off internal initiatives, manage compliance goals, and communicate feedback across teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to define objectives, deliverables, and measure outcomes.
• Create and sustain efficient business processes and programs.
• Consolidate information, build business cases, and present recommendations to senior leaders.
• Research, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong partnership skills, able to influence regional leadership.
• Proven experience in business operations, governance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
