APAC GTM Recruiter (Singapore)

About the role

Cognition, an applied AI lab, is looking for a GTM Recruiter to join its International Talent team in Singapore. You will partner with GTM leadership across APAC to build high‑quality pipelines for a variety of commercial roles in fast‑moving technology markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for GTM positions across Singapore and the broader APAC region.
• Develop deep talent maps in enterprise software, AI, developer tools, cloud, and infrastructure sectors.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and candidate profiles.
• Source, engage, and close exceptional passive candidates.
• Represent Cognition’s story with clarity and energy in the market.
• Drive candidates through a high‑bar hiring process while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Use data and market insights to inform leadership on pipeline quality, compensation signals, and hiring risks.
• Collaborate with international talent leadership to improve processes and scale recruiting capabilities across APAC.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting GTM talent for high‑growth technology companies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools, or cloud markets.
• Experience hiring across APAC regions such as Singapore, Australia, Japan, Korea, or India.
• Ability to identify and engage high‑calibre passive candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management with confidence to advise senior hiring leaders.
• High agency, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑changing, 0‑to‑1 environment.
