APAC Regional Engineering Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to head the APAC region, aligning global engineering strategy with local execution. You will build and nurture a high‑performing team, drive standardisation, and foster innovation across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional engineering organisation, establishing strong capabilities and talent pipelines.
• Define and implement engineering strategy, standards and processes across APAC.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Global Engineering to ensure seamless cross‑functional delivery.
• Support all market segments, including OEM, Service and Safety, with technical expertise.
• Travel across the region to engage with sites, customers and partners.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in engineering or technical environments.
• Deep understanding of engineering processes, standards and tools.
• Experience working in regional or global matrix organisations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout APAC.
