APAC Strategy and Operations Manager, Search and Gemini

About the role

Google is seeking an APAC Strategy and Operations Manager to drive business cadence, strategic projects, and adoption of AI products across its marketing organization. The role partners with global, regional, and local teams to align priorities, manage budgets, and communicate decisions to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, OKR setting, planning, and review processes for APAC marketing.
• Develop and communicate data‑driven business analytics to shape marketing priorities.
• Partner with leadership to define the annual strategic plan for consumer apps and brand social, coordinating director‑ and VP‑level deliverables.
• Identify and pursue new strategic opportunities with cross‑functional partners in product, sales, and finance.
• Improve marketing efficiency by standardising operational processes and creating internal communication materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in tech marketing, brand management, or strategy consulting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders and managing cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and business judgment skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and comfort navigating ambiguity.
