APJ Web & SEO Manager – Singapore

About the role

The APJ Web & SEO Manager will be the regional authority for website management, search engine optimisation and digital content localisation across Japan and other APJ markets. Reporting to the Director of SEO & Content Strategy, this hands‑on individual contributor ensures regional sites are discoverable, relevant and high‑performing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead keyword research, SEO strategy execution and on‑page optimisation for multiple search engines (Google, Yahoo Japan, Naver, Baidu).
• Conduct website audits and competitive content‑gap analyses to improve organic visibility and conversion.
• Localise global web content for APJ audiences, adapting language, messaging and structure to regional cultural nuances.
• Source, brief and develop new regional pages, landing experiences and supporting assets.
• Coordinate website updates, localisation workflows, QA reviews and publishing timelines with regional stakeholders and the Singapore creative team.
• Monitor, analyse and report SEO and website performance across all APJ markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SEO and website optimisation for APJ or multi‑regional markets.
• Deep understanding of search behaviour differences across languages and platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable content strategies.
• Excellent coordination skills across time zones and cross‑functional teams.
