Architectural Associate (Healthcare Projects)

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Associate to support our healthcare projects, working closely with senior designers to deliver high‑quality designs from concept through completion. This role offers a collaborative, employee‑centric environment in central Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Architectural Designer in all project phases, from concept design to final delivery.
• Develop design presentations, technical documentation, and detailed design development.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and finishes to maintain design intent.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Perform QA/QC checks to uphold high design and documentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and authority submission requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Familiarity with local authority submissions and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or institutional projects is advantageous.
• Registered or pursuing architectural licensure is encouraged.
