Construction Manager (LTA Project)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large‑scale LTA and infrastructure projects such as MRT lines, rail depots, and major civil works. You will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, and productivity while ensuring compliance with drawings, codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks, resolve issues, and prevent delays.
• Plan and manage site logistics, including materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, providing progress updates and resolving technical matters.
• Enforce workplace health and safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project tracking.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing construction projects within a main‑contractor environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project.
• Familiarity with Primavera scheduling software.
