Architecture Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Coordinator to lead architectural coordination on large‑scale infrastructure projects such as MRT lines, rail depots, and major civil works. The role involves ensuring that construction aligns with approved designs and specifications while supporting project delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑site architectural works to guarantee compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Review and manage architectural drawings, technical submissions, and design documentation.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Monitor site progress, quality of finishes, and installations.
• Manage design changes, shop drawings, and RFIs for timely implementation.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate rectification works.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications.
• Support project managers with coordination, planning, and technical matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural coordination or construction projects.
• Experience on large‑scale building or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with construction administration, technical documentation, and site coordination processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in REVIT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
