Assistant Account Management Lead – Social & Google Search

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Account Management Lead to drive and optimise online campaigns across Social, Google and Search channels. You will work closely with local and regional marketing teams to deliver full‑funnel campaigns that generate strong ROI and support our brand growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, execute and monitor both always‑on and promotional campaigns on Social, Google and Search platforms.
• Analyse performance data to recommend the optimal mix of digital campaigns that meet KPI targets.
• Collaborate with local and regional marketing teams to ensure seamless full‑funnel execution.
• Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to understand tracking, attribution and measurement of campaign impact.
• Continuously test and refine innovative customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in social, search and digital marketing.
• Lead and mentor the Account Management team, fostering best practices and alignment across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience on Social, Google and Search channels.
• Experience managing people is a plus.
• Background in mobile app user acquisition is advantageous.
• Strong passion for advertising, performance marketing and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
