About the role
Join Nestlé Singapore as an Assistant Brand Manager and help drive growth for our Ready‑to‑Drink (RTD) portfolio. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase market share and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement initiatives to grow market share and category performance for the RTD portfolio.
- Manage the marketing mix – pricing, promotion, product, and distribution – to improve profitability and sales.
- Coordinate internal processes to support the execution of agreed‑upon plans and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Channel Category Sales Development (CCSD) and Key Account Managers to ensure target delivery.
- Formulate marketing plans based on consumer research insights.
- Handle budgeting and financial control for brand marketing activities.
- Track and analyse the impact of marketing strategies in partnership with sales and strategic stakeholders.
- Support the planning and implementation of trade‑related activities with CCSD.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in FMCG brand or marketing management.
