About the role

The Assistant Cook works closely with the Head Cook to prepare and cook a variety of meals in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. This position ensures that all dishes meet the company’s quality standards while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals under the guidance of the Head Cook, adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that complies with food hygiene regulations.
• Follow established food preparation and handling procedures to ensure safe food service.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to support smooth daily operations.
• Stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required for kitchen tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑pressure, fast‑moving setting.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting.
