Assistant / Deputy Manager, Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a results‑oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive measurable growth for Sentosa. You will plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns, optimise ecommerce journeys, and enhance the digital user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor paid and organic campaigns across digital channels.
• Collaborate with Content & Brand teams to align messaging and creative assets.
• Manage online booking flows, promotions and product listings; conduct A/B testing and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Work with the Web/UX team to streamline customer journeys and maintain website content.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare regular reports and dashboards, and use data to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital or ecommerce marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid media, SEO and conversion optimisation.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of customer‑journey mapping and behavioural analytics is preferred.
• Excellent project‑management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
