Assistant Finance Manager – Southeast Asia & Oceania

About the role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Assistant Finance Manager will act as a key finance business partner for Balenciaga’s Southeast Asia & Oceania region. The role collaborates with Kering’s Finance Shared Services team to ensure accurate monthly reporting and drives forecasting and analysis for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly management reports, including sales and inventory analysis, for management review and group consolidation.
• Review lease information (Tririga) submitted by the shared services team and coordinate legal review of lease agreements.
• Compile and share monthly reporting packages with the APAC finance team and communicate spending reports to budget owners.
• Coordinate with Store Planning to record committed CAPEX and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Support compliance activities with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and government agencies.
• Lead budget and forecast submissions for SEA entities and produce the regional reporting package.
• Manage cost control initiatives, support retail business plans, and improve business processes for regulatory compliance.
• Develop financial models and feasibility studies for new business opportunities and act as the finance contact for transformation projects.

Required profile

• Finance or accounting background with experience in reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to work as a business partner across multiple functions and regions.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
