Assistant / Manager, Digital Marketing, CRM & Delivery

About the role

Pizza Hut Singapore is seeking a commercially driven Assistant / Manager to lead its digital growth agenda across CRM, loyalty, e‑commerce, and delivery platforms. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, repeat purchase behaviour, and overall digital commercial performance in a fast‑paced, high‑volume consumer environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital growth strategy covering acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty.
• Drive sales growth on owned e‑commerce sites and third‑party delivery ecosystems (e.g., GrabFood, foodpanda).
• Monitor and optimise performance metrics such as conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, retention, and basket size.
• Analyse business performance and customer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives, including segmentation, personalised journeys, and win‑back campaigns.
• Grow the loyalty programme, app engagement and customer database activity.
• Manage relationships with food aggregators, overseeing menu updates, pricing, promotions and performance reporting.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT and external partners to maximise commercial results.

Required profile

• Commercially driven with a strong focus on digital sales performance.
• Understanding of transactional digital commerce and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume consumer environment.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) tools.
• Experience using CRM platforms and managing loyalty programmes.
• Ability to manage ad budgets and optimise ROAS.
