Assistant Manager, Event Sales (Quebec Experiences)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead event sales for our Quebec Experiences portfolio. You will act as the strategic partner for mid‑tier accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring long‑term client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of mid‑tier accounts, serving as the lead strategic partner.
• Achieve revenue targets by identifying, pitching, and closing new business and upsell opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end proposal development, from brief interpretation to final presentation.
• Negotiate Scopes of Work and Master Service Agreements, protecting agency interests.
• Monitor account profitability, forecast revenue pipelines, and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production and Project Management teams to ensure seamless project hand‑off and execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements in client onboarding and briefing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, business development or event/brand experience agencies.
• Proven track record in revenue generation, account management and closing deals.
• Experience managing mid to large‑scale events and multiple projects simultaneously.
