Assistant Manager / Manager - Enterprise Tenancy & Lease Management

About the role

JTC is hiring an Assistant Manager or Manager for its Enterprise Tenancy and Lease Management function. You will plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and micro-SMEs, and manage customers' leases and tenancies across JTC's estates and developments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customers' leases and tenancies within JTC's estates and developments
• Engage customers and other stakeholders and help them access JTC's infrastructure solutions more efficiently
• Conceptualise, develop and market new or replacement development projects
• Identify new development models, for example by working with private sector entities

Required profile

• Background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering or Technology-related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, with a keen interest in the real estate industry and in engaging SMEs and micro-SMEs
• Positive attitude, resilient, resourceful and able to multi-task

Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract at first instance.
