Assistant Manager / Manager – People Strategy

About the role

You will join Sea’s People Strategy team to help shape and improve talent management practices across the group and its subsidiaries. Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, acquisition, development, and retention in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to review and upgrade core People practices.
• Lead the design, rollout, and monitoring of People‑focused initiatives across Sea and its subsidiaries.
• Analyse people‑analytics data to generate insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Research industry trends, best practices, and case studies to keep People functions forward‑looking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Interest or knowledge in psychology, behavioural science, or organisational development is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable learner who thrives in a dynamic, global setting.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with regional stakeholders in China and Southeast Asia.
• Proven capability to juggle multiple projects with tight timelines.
