Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications (1-Year Temporary Contract)

About the role

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is hiring an Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications on a one-year temporary contract. You will help communicate land transport policies, projects and initiatives clearly to the public and strengthen community engagement, with a key focus on expanding the Friends of Land Transport programme.

Key responsibilities

• Help develop a membership management portal for the Friends of Land Transport programme by researching user needs, exploring AI-enabled solutions and turning ideas into practical requirements.
• Support the planning and delivery of engagement sessions, workshops and events.
• Develop content for publications and internal communications.
• Support corporate branding and ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
• Assist with communications, marketing and outreach projects.

Required profile

• Knowledge in communications, marketing, business, information systems, applied AI and analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in communications, marketing, digital projects or AI-related work is an advantage.
• Analytical, able to turn business needs into digital solutions, and comfortable exploring AI and digital tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised, proactive, able to work independently, curious, creative and willing to learn.
