Assistant Manager – Marketing & Partnerships (1-year contract)

About the role

Disney is launching the D23 Asia fan event in Singapore and seeks a contract Assistant Manager to support marketing and partnership activities. Reporting to the event Marketing lead, you will act as the central liaison between external partners and Disney’s internal lines of business, ensuring seamless execution of all contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the full marketing campaign lifecycle, from positioning and messaging to tactical execution, performance monitoring, and post‑event evaluation.
• Track and manage budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable ROI.
• Coordinate daily with agencies and internal APAC/US teams to align on approvals, creative assets, and campaign timelines.
• Understand partner objectives, brand guidelines, and commercial terms, mapping them to Disney’s strategic vision.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for multinational sponsors, especially those based in Greater China, handling account management and day‑to‑day liaison.
• Oversee on‑site partner touchpoints, including brand showcases, experiential integrations, VIP hospitality, and pre‑event promotions.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Experience in event‑focused marketing or partnership coordination, preferably within the entertainment or consumer brand sector.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to evolving project needs.
