Assistant Manager, Sales & Events

About the role

Wyse Active Hub is Singapore’s premier badminton destination, offering world‑class courts, coaching, and tournaments. We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager to drive sales, manage corporate bookings, and create memorable event experiences that support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up leads to convert them into revenue.
• Build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate pricing and service delivery with internal teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for corporate bookings and events, managing client requirements, timelines, and logistics.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution, providing on‑site support and resolving operational issues.
• Support sponsorship and partnership initiatives, assisting with proposals, relationship management, and branding activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Events Management, Sports Management or related fields.
• 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, events, or account management.
• Strong communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Commercially driven, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to support events outside regular working hours when needed.
