Assistant Manager / Senior Customer Insights Analyst

About the role

Singapore Airlines is hiring an Assistant Manager / Senior Customer Insights Analyst for its Customer Insights team within the Customer Experience Division. The analyst provides insights to internal stakeholders so they can make business decisions, mainly on improving customer experience or generating revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Uncover insights that help business units improve customer experience or generate revenue.
• Manage customised research projects from start to finish: turn business objectives into research objectives, design questionnaires, run and manage fieldwork, analyse and report.
• Present research findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Use in-house analysis tools and draw actionable insights; familiarity with GenAI tools and prompting is an advantage.
• Translate business objectives into research goals and manage several projects at once.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in market research or customer insights.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research projects.
• Meticulous and detailed, able to understand business objectives.

Required skills

• Competence in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Voice of the Customer programmes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools and prompting is an added advantage.
