Assistant Marketing Manager – Digital & Regional Focus

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to lead and execute both local and regional digital marketing initiatives across our Scientific & Life Sciences portfolio. The role will work closely with commercial teams and regional partners to deliver impactful campaigns and exceptional customer experiences in multiple Asian‑Pacific markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to improve organic visibility and brand discoverability on AI platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor benchmarking and content gap analysis.
• Optimise website architecture, metadata, schema markup, internal linking and technical SEO health.
• Create and manage content strategies that support lead generation, customer engagement and regional campaign goals.
• Track, measure and optimise campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Oversee website content, functionality and user experience, collaborating with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 5‑10 years of marketing experience with strong digital focus.
• Proven success in event and exhibition management.
• Experience managing websites and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity.
• Google Ads, CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix or similar), CRM systems.
• Social media marketing, content marketing, keyword research.
• Graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
