Assistant Marketing Manager – Global Social & Influencer

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to lead our global social and influencer strategy. You will shape the brand’s presence across major platforms, create compelling storytelling, and work closely with regional teams to grow Love, Bonito’s community worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive global social media and influencer roadmap aligned with brand objectives.
• Produce and curate content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS, Threads and emerging channels.
• Identify, negotiate and manage influencer partnerships across key markets (SG, HK, PH, ID, MY).
• Monitor performance metrics, generate insights and optimise campaigns for reach and engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency and act as the global social‑media guardian.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to adapt content and campaigns to regional nuances.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing or related digital roles.
• Strong understanding of Asian consumer markets and fashion retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse campaign results.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
