Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth for StarHub’s Consumer Business Group. You will shape and execute full‑funnel marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, acquisitions and lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns across consumer products and services.
• Plan and manage full‑funnel initiatives across paid, owned and earned channels, including digital media and CRM.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign and business performance, providing optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to improve media efficiency, audience targeting and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to support segmentation and targeting.
• Lead test‑and‑learn experiments on creatives, messaging, offers and customer journeys.
• Partner with Product, Go‑to‑Market and Sales teams to support launch plans aligned with business priorities.
• Track marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in consumer or integrated marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Commercially driven, proactive and eager to continuously learn.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
