Assistant PR & Influencer Marketing Manager - APAC

About the role

Huda Beauty, a beauty brand launched in 2013 by Huda Kattan, is looking for an Assistant PR & Influencer Marketing Manager based in Singapore. You will support and execute PR and influencer marketing strategies across the APAC region, with a strong focus on the Korea market. The role ranges from hands-on execution and coordination to strategic planning, market leadership and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Support or lead the planning and execution of PR and influencer marketing initiatives across APAC, with emphasis on Korea
• Manage influencer gifting, seeding programs, press outreach and campaign rollouts, keeping activities aligned with brand messaging
• Identify and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, press, retailers and PR agencies, and coordinate outreach, contracts, deliverables and timelines; at manager level, act as primary contact for key stakeholders
• Review influencer content for brand consistency, track deliverables and posting schedules, and support cross-functional coordination with regional and global teams
• Maintain influencer databases, trackers, budgets and campaign reports, monitor media coverage and social performance, and analyze results to recommend optimizations
• Manage purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking for PR and events, and stay up to date on beauty, social media and influencer trends, especially in Korea
• Lead PR events, press launches, influencer trips and brand activations for Korea, and support cross-market PR and event activations

Required profile

• 4-7+ years of PR and/or influencer marketing experience; prior experience in a PR agency or managing agency relationships strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
• Fluent reading and writing in Korean and fluent in English
• Deep understanding of Korean culture, consumer behavior and the Korean influencer and beauty landscape (makeup and fragrance)
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Influencer management and analytics tools such as Traackr and Tribe Dynamics
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to localize messaging for the Korean market
