Assistant Product Manager – Beauty

About the role

LVMH is hiring an Assistant Product Manager in Singapore within its Beauty business unit. The incumbent supports product marketing activities and manages the assigned product portfolio, covering forecasting, campaign management, inventory and catalogue administration, and the execution of marketing initiatives to drive new product launches, brand awareness and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Forecasting: ensure accurate and timely submission of product forecasts for the assigned portfolio.
• Assortment and catalogue management: monitor competitor assortments to identify market priorities, update local catalogues on time and deactivate discontinued items.
• Listing and distribution: work with sales teams to ensure products are listed and distributed across key retail doors.
• Special range and line expansion: collaborate with e-commerce, retail, merchandising, training and field teams to develop expansion strategies and secondary ranges.
• Campaign and launch execution: support planning and running of 360-degree campaigns and new product launches across CRM, training, retail, e-commerce and media, and coordinate launch materials and promotional events.
• Analytics and budget tracking: track and report category market share, sell-in/sell-out performance and competitor activity, and manage sub-category budgets and expense allocations.

Required profile

• Qualified university or college degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product marketing; prior experience in luxury goods or beauty/retail preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
