Assistant Production Supervisor – Rifle Range (Up to $3700 + Bonus)

About the role

The Assistant Production Supervisor will support daily production activities at the Rifle Range Army Camp, ensuring targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. This contract role offers a competitive salary up to SGD 3,700 plus a completion bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Perform system integration and testing according to work instructions and test plans.
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and optimise resource utilisation.
• Lead, mentor and train a team of assemblers and test operators.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Manage production stores inventory and track key metrics such as yield and cycle time.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits and maintain good housekeeping.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of experience supervising production staff and processes.
• Ability to train and motivate line employees to achieve production goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or similar software.
