About the role
The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine seeks a tenure‑track Assistant Professor of Viral Immunity to lead high‑quality research and contribute to teaching of medical and postgraduate students.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and sustain an independent research program in viral immunity, secure competitive grants, and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
- Teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate medical students using team‑based and e‑learning methods, and integrate viral immunity science into the MBBS curriculum.
- Supervise research staff, junior faculty, and graduate students, and participate in academic committees.
Required profile
- MBBS/MD and/or PhD with relevant post‑doctoral or clinical experience.
- Significant record of translational clinical research and teaching in viral immunity.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across the NTU community.
