Assistant Vice President – Digital Customer Platform

About the role

The Digital Customer Platforms Application Service Management Team Lead ensures the operational health, reliability and performance of Great Eastern's customer‑facing digital platforms. This senior position bridges technology and business to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own platform availability and performance against established SLAs.
• Act as primary escalation point for major incidents, coordinating swift resolution and root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor customer journeys to identify and eliminate technical friction.
• Partner with support teams to provide training and tools for front‑line issue resolution.
• Oversee rollout of new features and releases without disrupting business‑as‑usual operations.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and health‑check mechanisms.
• Perform impact assessments across applications, products and services.
• Ensure compliance with security, data‑protection and regulatory policies, supporting audits and risk assessments.
