Assistant/Manager, Access & Community Engagement (12‑month contract)

About the role

The NAC Access & Community Engagement Department seeks an Assistant Manager or Manager to help deliver arts experiences that enrich daily life across Singapore. You will champion the transformative power of the arts by supporting initiatives in community spaces, health settings, and public venues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Arts & Wellbeing initiatives, including Active Ageing Centre partnerships, artist management, inter‑agency collaboration, and conference planning.
• Support busking operations: manage auditions, run Buskers' Connect sessions, administer e‑services, and conduct data analysis.
• Provide duty‑officer support for on‑site arts events such as ArtsEverywhere@CDC.
• Assist scholarship administration by tracking recipient milestones and reviewing progress.

Required profile

• Experience in partnership management, community engagement or arts administration.
• Proven ability in planning and process development.
• Comfort with data management and basic analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear written communication.
• Competencies in communication, project execution, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement.
