Associate Client Manager (Beauty & Hospitality)

About the role

Dentsu Iprospect is hiring an Associate Client Manager (BU Lead) in Singapore to act as the primary day-to-day strategic and operational lead for a portfolio of beauty, hospitality and lifestyle clients. You will develop and run integrated media strategies across multiple markets, manage client requests and coordinate specialist teams, channel experts, KOL partners and offshore activation teams so campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for beauty, appliances and hospitality clients, managing requests, leading meetings and giving proactive recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Lead integrated media plans across digital and offline channels such as paid social, programmatic, search, OOH and content partnerships, with clear measurement frameworks and KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, manage client budgets and track spend, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Monitor performance, report insights and drive a test-and-learn agenda, documenting learnings for future planning.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in client management, account management or integrated media planning in a media agency.
• Experience managing clients in beauty, hospitality or lifestyle is an advantage.
• Ability to manage several client accounts and workstreams at once while maintaining high service standards.
• Experience managing offshore team members and presenting reports to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with digital, paid social, programmatic, search, print and OOH.
• Platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google (DV360, YouTube, SEM, PMAX), Pinterest, The Trade Desk and Google Analytics; local platforms like LINE, Naver and Kakao are a plus.
• Proficiency in media planning and reporting tools such as Nielsen, GWI or Google Analytics.
• KOL and content partnership experience is an advantage.
