Associate Consultant - Consultant Development Programme

About the role

Veeva's Consultant Development Program (CDP) is an accelerated pathway that turns early-career professionals into consultants delivering cloud and AI solutions for life sciences companies. As an Associate Consultant in the Professional Services team, you will design, configure and deliver implementations, working with customers and internal teams. You must attend the Singapore office at least 3 days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the configuration of the platform to fit each customer's business model, setting up workflows and structuring data.
• Run discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into technical specifications.
• Own core implementation deliverables and keep milestones on track from kick-off to go-live.
• Guide customers on best practices to optimise their business processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or a similar field.
• Strong academic performance in your major.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage time in person and remotely, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time and legal authorisation to work in Singapore.
• Nice to have: internship or experience with a pharma company, CRM or document management systems knowledge, programming or relational database knowledge.
