About the role
We are seeking a Singapore‑qualified Associate or Counsel to join our Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of corporate and capital‑markets transactions, supporting both public and private deals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and lead on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, IPOs, placements and rights issues.
- Provide legal advice on general commercial contracts and a broad range of corporate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with SGX listing rules and ongoing listing requirements.
- Support corporate disclosure, governance, capital restructuring and employee share‑scheme matters.
Required profile
- Singapore‑qualified lawyer with 2–6 years of post‑qualification experience.
- Experience handling transactional and corporate matters, preferably in capital markets.
- Strong understanding of SGX listing regulations.
- Excellent communication, drafting and commercial acumen.
Required skills
- Legal research and drafting.
- Knowledge of SGX listing rules.
