Associate Counsel – Commercial Disputes

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Counsel to join our legal team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be based in our Singapore office and must be a qualified lawyer who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment. In this role you will be responsible for handling commercial disputes, applying strong legal and commercial judgment to protect the company’s interests. You will work closely with other members of the legal department to ensure timely and effective resolution of matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve commercial disputes for the business.
• Provide legal advice on commercial dispute matters.

Required profile

• A law degree and admission to practice, confirming you are a qualified lawyer.
• At least four years of post‑qualification experience handling commercial disputes within a reputable law firm, demonstrating depth of expertise.
• A proven track record of thriving in fast‑paced, high‑intensity work settings, showing resilience and adaptability.
• Exceptional legal and commercial judgment, enabling sound decision‑making on complex matters.
• Strong teamwork orientation, combined with high efficiency and a diligent work ethic.
