Associate Director – Community Networks & Partnerships

About the role

Temasek Foundation is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Community Networks & Partnerships (CNP) team. The role will shape and deliver programmes that strengthen community movements, promote inclusive opportunities for persons with disabilities, and build a future‑ready workforce across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Design and curate community programmes that address emerging needs and align with organisational goals.
• Manage a dedicated fund for ground‑up, community‑led initiatives, ensuring sound allocation, governance and impact tracking.
• Develop and steward a portfolio of cross‑sector partnerships, fostering co‑funding and collaborative delivery.
• Lead a fellowship programme, supporting fellows and mentors, tracking outcomes and reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide oversight for additional programmes, engaging partners to resolve issues and enhance delivery.

Required profile

• Degree with at least 10 years of experience in programme management, partnerships, community development or social impact.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities, with a track record of translating insights into decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex information into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Established network of corporate partners and grantmakers is an advantage.
