Associate Engineer (System Level Testing)

About the role

The Associate Engineer will work in high‑volume production test environments, focusing on system‑level testing (SLT) and final test of high‑end compute and networking devices. This is a 1‑year fixed‑term contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Perform system‑level (SLT) and final test using Advantest 93000 and Teradyne platforms.
• Operate Hontech and Chroma handlers to execute test programs.
• Debug, analyze and root‑cause manufacturing yield issues, both hardware and software related.
• Optimize test solutions through data‑driven analysis and value engineering.
• Analyze yield data and manage FT/SLT Maverick hold lot dispositions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in FT and SLT volume production test environments.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with OSAT environments (e.g., ASE, JCET, UTAC) is a plus.
