Associate Executive, Investigational Medicine Unit (Contract)

About the role

SingHealth's Investigational Medicine Unit delivers trial-related services to advance its aspiration of being a world-class unit providing holistic solutions in early phase clinical research. As part of the IMU administration team on a contract basis, you will help recruit clinical trial volunteers, schedule screening appointments and visits, and respond to public enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit clinical trial volunteers and schedule their screening appointments and visits
• Respond to enquiries from the public
• Assist database management by entering data timely into an in-house database system
• Provide logistical and administrative support, including scheduling meetings and courses
• Maintain office inventory and equipment and support procurement requests

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in health sciences or research
• Team player who is meticulous, resourceful and adaptable, able to prioritise workload with good organisational skills
• Good written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
