About the role

SingHealth is hiring an Associate Executive to provide administrative support to its Division. The role covers medical manpower roster planning, liaison with stakeholders, database management, dashboard updates and monitoring, and general office and secretarial duties.

Key responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Division across several functions
Support medical manpower roster planning
Liaise with various stakeholders
Manage databases, update and monitor dashboards
Handle office administration and secretarial duties, including arranging meetings and writing minutes
Take part in and support improvement and innovation efforts aligned with Divisional and institutional goals

Required profile

Diploma in any discipline
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Good team player who can work independently

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
