Associate – Fund Management (Real Estate)

About the role

IndoSpace is seeking a driven Associate to join its Fund Management team in Singapore. The role is ideal for professionals with 4‑6 years of experience in real estate fund management, private equity, or related investment disciplines. You will work closely with senior leadership to support fund operations, financial modelling, and investor relations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end financial modelling for fund‑level NAV, waterfall distributions, carried interest and performance attribution.
• Build, stress‑test and maintain DCF, IRR, equity multiple and returns sensitivity models across various hold periods and exit scenarios.
• Prepare and monitor detailed budgets, rolling forecasts, cash‑flow projections and quarterly/annual business plans.
• Track fund KPIs, financial covenants and liquidity, coordinating capital calls and distribution planning with finance and administrators.
• Review investment committee memoranda, analyse acquisition proposals and support ongoing investment monitoring.
• Continuously improve modelling frameworks, reporting workflows and internal controls to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in real estate fund management, private equity or a comparable investment role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of working independently as well as within a senior leadership team.
