Associate, Investor Services

About the role

SS&C Technologies, Inc. is hiring an Associate, Investor Services in Singapore on a hybrid basis. The Associate supports operational and client service functions within the company, helping deliver services and solutions to clients in a fast-paced environment. The role suits a detail-oriented person.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the daily processing of financial transactions, data entry and reconciliation.
• Prepare and review reports, statements and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve inquiries and give timely updates.
• Support senior staff in project execution and operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies to management.
• Take part in training and development, and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a financial services or operations role; internships considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
