Associate Lawyer – Litigation (Singapore)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on high‑profile, cross‑border litigation matters.
• Handle disputes involving insolvency and restructuring.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and court documents.
• Manage case files and coordinate with external counsel.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop case strategies and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• Strong academic record and substantial dispute‑resolution experience.
• Mandarin language proficiency.
• Legal right to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex disputes and deliver high‑quality results.
