Associate Marketing Director

About the role

The Associate Marketing Director will partner with venue leadership and the HQ team to evaluate current performance, uncover growth opportunities and design a strategic roadmap that drives sustainable revenue while preserving each venue’s unique spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a full commercial review of venue performance and identify revenue opportunities across entertainment, corporate events, dining and guest experience.
• Develop a strategic growth roadmap with clear priorities, timelines and success metrics, including business cases and revenue forecasts.
• Evaluate and enhance entertainment programming, optimise the annual events calendar and forge new partnerships to boost attendance and spend.
• Create and execute a growth strategy for corporate events and private bookings, identifying B2B opportunities and strengthening the venue’s premium positioning.
• Collaborate with venue leadership to improve guest spend, loyalty and lifetime value through pricing, packages and journey touch‑points.
• Act as a strategic advisor, align cross‑functional teams, facilitate workshops and establish reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.
